Our overnight RV sites are designed to make arrival easy and your stay comfortable from the moment you pull in. Whether you choose a waterfront location or a site set slightly back from the shoreline, every space is thoughtfully prepared so you can settle in quickly and start enjoying everything Bar Harbor RV Park & Marina has to offer.


We offer both waterfront and off-waterfront sites, including pull-through sites as well as motorhome pull-in site allowing guests to choose the experience that best fits their stay. Waterfront sites provide scenic river views and immediate access to the peaceful atmosphere of the Bush River, while off-waterfront sites offer convenient access to park amenities within a quiet, shaded setting.

Our overnight RV sites are thoughtfully laid out to provide a clean, well-maintained space for a smooth and comfortable stay.


Guests can choose from both waterfront and off-waterfront locations, each offering full hookups and convenient access to the park’s amenities. Many sites can accommodate larger RVs and big rigs, with layouts that allow for easier parking and setup.



Paved pads provide a stable surface for leveling, along with a comfortable space to relax outside your RV and enjoy your surroundings.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Cash discount is 5% off entire stay
  • Waterfront sites are a 2 night minimum on weekends
  • During Peak Season: ALL sites are a 2 night minimum on the weekends (waterfront and off waterfront)
  • Lock fees- *Site types are guaranteed at the time of reservation. If you would like to select a specific site, your reservation will include a $25 lock fee to secure the desired site. *

Deposits

Overnight sites:

  • $105.00 deposit for 2 nights or more.
  • 1 night stay - Balance due in full
  • Reservations CANNOT be held without payment.

Holidays (3 night minimum):

  • 3 night deposit required at the time of reservation

Extended Overnight Stays:

  • 11-20 days - 3 night Non-refundable deposit
  • 20+ days- 7 Night Non-refundable deposit

FEES

  • There is a $3.50 service fee added to each individual reservation.
  • Credit card charges are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Cancellations or Date Changes

Overnight sites:

  • Same day reservations: No refunds
  • 7 days or more in advance: $25.00 per site
  • 6 days or less: Deposit not refunded
  • Dates may not be changed within a week of arrival
  • Leaving early? Please give us 48 hours notice prior to the desired departure date to be refunded for the cancelled nights.


Holidays:

  • 61 days or more in advance: 2 night refund
  • 60 days or less: Deposit non-refundable


Check in/out times

  • Check-in: after 2:00pm
  • (Sundays/Holidays after 4pm)
  • Check-out: before 12:00pm
  • (Sundays/Holidays before 4pm)
  • *Adjust your arrival to our check in time! We have no waiting area.


Advanced Reservation Booking

  • We are taking reservations until December 31st of next year (2027)!
  • Online booking can only be made 365 days from today.
  • If you are looking to book beyond 365 days, please call our office.

Rules and Regulations

  • Firewood / Fires

    • Bundled firewood available in our store
    • Fires must be attended at all times
    • No fires at Long Term Sites

  • Pets

    All animals must be:

    • Kept inside RV or boat unless owner is outside with it
    • Walked on the paved surface directly to and from the doggie area
    • Leashed on patio (6' or less), never tied to trees, posts, etc, & never penned or staked
    • QUIET! (no barking, yapping out of windows at passers by)
    • Kept from fouling site or digging holes
    • Wearing current rabies tag
    • Kept out of all buildings, pools, areas and decks, porches or beaches and only walked on the black top road.
    • MAXIMUM 2 PETS (NO PITBULLS, CHOWS, ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMANS OR EXOTIC PETS).

  • Flooding / Inclement Weather

    Due to close proximity to the Bush River, our park is subject to flooding. Reasons for flooding can include, but are not limited to: coastal flooding, strong southerly winds, high tides, full moon, and severe storms. We do our best to stay aware of potential weather that may affect our park, however we cannot control mother nature.


    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables or any kind.

  • General Policy

    • Please, no tents, screen rooms, or golfcarts
    • Our park speed limit is 5 MPH. This applies to E-bikes as well! 
    • Do not park in empty sites or in the grass. 
    • Each site includes two people
    • Every site has an 8-person maximum.
    • Any additional guests must be registered at the office and paid before going to the site. Our Guest fee is $5 per person daily for guests 5 years and older.
    • ALL guests must sign into the pool and wear their wristband. Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. 
    • Each site has space for one vehicle.
    • Additional parking for registered vehicles is located on the back lot or infront of the office depending on availability.
    • If you are bringing a boat, it may not be kept at your site. All boat trailers must be registered and stored on the back lot.
    • Bonfires are to be built in fire rings only. Please do not move our fire rings!
    • We do NOT allow firearms, fireworks, illegal drugs, or disorderly behavior. 
    • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Although we have these quiet hours, please be curtious of neighbors with your noise volume. 
    • Our Wifi  is a FREE service provided to our guests as a courtesy. We do not guaruntee wifi reception. Site refunds will NOT be issued if WIFI is not available.
