As a family-owned and operated park, we’ve intentionally preserved the character and landscape of our park, maintaining an authentic coastal environment rather than an overbuilt resort atmosphere where crabbing, boating, and waterfront living are part of everyday life.
It’s a place to unplug, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy a quieter, more genuine kind of getaway — one that keeps guests coming back year after year.

We are a 4th generation, family-owned waterfront RV park and marina on the Bush River, where hospitality, tradition, and a love for life on the water come together. Rooted in the Chesapeake Bay region, our park offers a setting where guests can slow down, settle in, and enjoy a stay shaped by generations of care.
